Is that noise coming directly out of the amp?
Are you connecting the amp directly into the PA system in any way?
Does the noise change or go away if you turn down the input levels on the amp?
Does the noise change or go away if your disconnect any inputs from the amp?
Does turning down the FX return and or changing the FX on the amp make the noise stop?

-Yes it is coming out of the amp.
-No it is not connected to a PA system
-When I adjust the input levels it usually does not change anything. It does get quieter if I turn the main down. If I turn it off then back on it will some times stop.
-The first half of my performance I use a wired mic and acoustic electric guitar. I will typically get the noise during this time. The second half I have RCA cables and a 1/4 line going to the wireless mic. I usually do not have the sound then.
-Sometimes the sound stops when I adjust the fx.

Yes I do. That is what is so confusing.

That's an internal amp circuit issue that's going to need board level repair.
To be honest the amp may not be worth what the repair cost would be.
