Jordan - I don't know what resolution, but it is using the Y-input/ RCA connector. Everything here is either coax into antenna input or using y connector.

Erik - I need to make sure it is the same for everything in the building. It is Honewell brand RG6/U I don't remember the part number.

Y connector is composite video which is going to be SD video.
