I should probably add that I am needing to run Music with the timecode, so I can sync the lighting with certain music.

A full explanation of what you need to accomplish might make it easier to make a recommendation. Do you need stereo music plus TC? Multitrack? Mono? Do you need to be able to arrange multiple tracks into a playlist? Do you need random access to various preprogrammed tracks? Have you looked at software that can play music, video, and run lighting, like QLab?

Yes, QLab can do this (as Mac said), as well as FL Studio.
