Help
« on: September 01, 2019, 02:43:06 PM »

I just purchased DPro and am in the process of creating palletes, etc. I was wondering if there is a USB interface which will allow me to assign lighting, scenes, etc. to the keys/pads on the interface instead of trying to remember which keyboard key (laptop) I assigned things to? If this request makes no sense, I'm a soundguy starting to dabble in lighting so, I'm a little dim to the ways of DMX lighting software and control.

Something like a launchpad or elgato streamdeck should work fine, but will depend on your software solution being able to recognize it in the end. I've no experience with dpro so I can't say for sure. They should have a list of supported devices in their documentation.

There are two ways to do anything:
1) Do it right
2) Do it over until you do it right
