I seem to have run into a dead end and the Lab forum is my last possibility.
Due to an unfortunate miswiring incident on a L14-30 on a distro, I turned on the mains switch on our LG FP6000Q amp and immediately white smoke came billowing out right after a loud pop. Upon inspection, I found the life juices of the input filters all over the inside of the case and the same filter caps with their tops blown out. There is also a resistor on the power input panel which looks to have gotten quite hot, as the circuit board is de laminating right below it.
My question to the forum is...would anyone out there have the service prints for this amp? I've done pro audio repair for close to 30 years prior to owning the sound company, but I've never had the opportunity or need to work on one of these fine units.
The input power board is marked as a 'MIS13003a-F52'. The power supply board (which only seemed to lose the (4) 2200uF@200VDC caps) is marked as a 'SP140F01b-F03'.
I am perfectly willing to pay for any shipping, handling, reproduction charges, and would certainly add in a gift card good for multiple libations at one's favorite 'libation station'. No, I'm not crazy, just a bit desperate!
Any help would be greatly and grandly appreciated!
