DB-Technologies RD-NET troubleshooting
« on: July 11, 2019, 07:50:50 AM »

Hi All,

We have 8 DB Tech DVA-T8 speakers installed, and are trying to get our RD net control 2 (USB) to correctly connect to the arrays. We can connect to two of the speakers, however the other 6 are invisible to the interface (i.e. a scan only detects two units). My first thought is that there could be a dodgy cable between the 2nd and 3rd boxes; however this is tricky to check as the speakers can only be access with a scissor lift (which we need to hire in). While i wait for enough jobs to build up to justify getting a lift in (probably quite a long wait), are there any software settings that i should be checking? We are running "db technologies Network" version 3.4.0 software (on windows). From what i can see from the manuals and videos out there is should be a basic plug and play; am i missing something?

thanks
