Si Impact Display problem

We have a 3 year old Soundcraft Si Impact that the display screen now is just a white glow. Periodically it returns to its normal display for maybe 30 seconds then flickers and goes back to a white screen. Has anyone experienced this and what was the fix?.

I've installed quite a few of these consoles and have never seen the screen fail. I think your best bet is to call Soundcraft support and see if they can send you a replacement.

Never seen this, but weird problems like that are often ribbon cables needing re-seating.
