Latest midi to dmx suggestion?
« on: June 25, 2019, 07:35:24 PM »

Installing a sound playback system (multi-zone paint ball facility) and I need to sync a bunch of dmx fixtures to the audio tracks. Simplest and cheapest product(s)? Using Cakewalk for the audio.

You could also use a DMX recorder to store all the routines for each track to then be triggered by cakewalk.

After all was said and done we are going with a Showdesigner 1. It will give them the ability to still turn the lights on/off if the PC crashes, and it will provide all the programming capabilities that are needed.
