Wow.
A 50 watt 1-way all Piezo box, with no crossover needed.
Yum, yum. 8)
Just what the world needs.....

Reminds me of a "disco box" at a retail store last century.
As a gag, I offered to rent it (them) for a weekend.
"is your amp big enough? This speaker will take over a thousand watts"
"Sure, I have plenty of power"
"What kind of amp you going to use"
"QSC EX-4000"
"Oh no, this speaker doesn't work with professional amps."
"How about my Dad's Pioneer Spec-2"
"Oh no, we haven't tested it with that one."
"Well, the Spec-2 is only 250 a side. What's the problem?

Quite a crowd had gathered around by then....
They quietly wheeled the box away.....
And no, I never did rent them.
Chris.

Perfect top for an Island Music System. Just need a pile of 4530s below. Done.

If I recall correctly, Meyer Sound made a high extension speaker, possibly during the 1990s, that was loaded with dozens of tweeters. Tweeters only. It's purpose was to play up to 16kHz really loud.

Looks a bit like a set of speakers I used to have, made by soundLAB, part of electrovision.

Didn't have the bottom set of tweeters but had a 12" or 15" woofer. could handle 300w RMS.

Never used for anything serious naturally but were cheap, the pair were £75!
