WSm scans different on receivers
« on: June 11, 2019, 03:25:44 AM »

I am after some advise.
I have Sennheiser 2050 receivers all on the same band and firmware .
I use two Sennheiser paddles and link leads in between. they all have continuity. As part of a test I put all receivers on the same frequency and checked they all received RF from the the transmitter the same.
when I scan some channels will have no RF interference and others a lot.
can anyone explain or help me on this please

Just to confirm: Your paddle antennas are connected to the first receiver frame and then cascade out to the next frame, cascading on down to successive receivers?

1) Are the first two or three receiver frames after the antennas showing similar results, while the receivers further down the chain show different results from the first group, but similar to each other? More importantly, detail which receivers are showing interference and which are not, and their 'position' in the cascading scheme.

2) Connect the antennas directly to receivers showing no interference in your current wiring scheme, then connect the antennas directly to a receiver showing noticeable interference with the current wiring scheme: Any difference(s)?

Troubleshoot in linear fashion.
