Kirby, we kept a few loose units to operate in the duplex gap (653-663).

Wise move for the transition time period.

Just be aware that on July 3, 2020, the FCC type certification for these devices is revoked and they will be illegal to operate, nationwide.

Until that date, beware that in regions that have completed their transition phase, these devices must only operate in low power (10mW) mode.  Their high power (35mW) mode exceeds the legal 20mW limit for duplex gap operation.

Most part of Europe is still using 470/790. Probably next year it will be limited to 470/694.
Main reason here cable TV is not used, lots of DVB-T (8MHz/ch), so is not easy to change... I think 600 range it will be used for radiomic/IEM (and Digital TV) for many years from now.

In Italy (but I think is similar for all states in the European Union) 470/790 is valid until june 2022. After that 470/694 is still valid for radiomic use.
