We are planning a memorable reception to celebrate and honor the retirement of our chief executive officer of nearly 15 years. We like to make it a big event, and most of our attendees will be our long standing clients, staff, suppliers, and friends from the industry. We need to create an experience that would 'wow' our guests and transform the convention center space into something special and unique. Our CEO has given everything he could and did everything he could, for this company and for our us. We have to do something special for him. We have to transform our familiar convention center into something new and unique. We have developed a theme for the event. Now we need decor, lighting, and entertainment solutions to transform and personalize the event. We are putting together the best audio and visual rentals team in Toronto. Probably they will arrange the functions too, wouldn't they? How do they charge us? Does the charge of rentals vary depending on the time of the year? I am open to suggestions and ideas on the event.
