Best mixing console ?
« on: May 08, 2019, 08:57:54 PM »

So I'm looking for a new digital mix. My price range is about 2000Euro. I don't need a stage box since I need it for my band and the mix will always be on stage. I will probably use a tablet a lot, but I don't feel confortable buying a mix without the mixing console. I need it for live gigs and I probably won't do much recording on it.

Which mix would you recommend ?

There are 100's of threads discussing the advantages and disadvantages of different mixers.  Study, pick the one that best fits your requirements and workflow within your budget.  None are best, few are bad and in that price range there is little sonic difference.

Monitor sends, 6 at least, for in ear monitoring.
And around 20 channels.

What would you recommend ?
I need it for live events.

I need a car to drive me 100 miles.
I have a $20,000 budget.
Which is best?

The answer to your question is: there are many that can fill your needs.
Take your pick

Nothing can be made idiot-proof; only idiot resistant.

Events.  Stage, PA, Lighting and Backline rentals.
Chauvet dealer.  Home of the Angler.
Inventor.  And now, Streaming Video!
