Why not something as simple as this:

It doesn't care whether it turns on lights or a relay.

I have a leviton dimmer in my home I can set a similar timer via bluetooth if I care to-actually makes a nice "security light" when I am not home.  On at dusk-off at a randomized time.

Went with this.   Has free scheduling software.
