Just FYI, that video does not display correctly in either Safari or Firefox 67.0.3. Something is off on the resizing.

Again, I'm not seeing anything that looks like "post repack" in these scans.

For the sake of example, I made a small study based on some online spectum data which is reasonably recent.
Screen Capture from this thread: Dos Equis Pavilion , John Sulek 2019-06-15
WWB capture, green: Dos Equis Pavilion, 2019-08-31 Scanned by Mr C, AXT600 spectrum manager,  https://taajuus.info/scan-database/ViewScan/279

Red exclusions from the WWB database with default settings using postal code 75201
Cross reference the rabbit ears database for this location at: https://www.rabbitears.info/searchmap.php?request=result&study_id=13484

When comparing "real world online data" and TV-database data one can  see that the real world scan  data  has been changed between the dates.
Current scan  differs from the  keybridge database, so WWB's  database  cannot  fully  be trusted. It is  mandatory to perform a scan on the actual site!

You can find more scans around the world from the website https://taajuus.info/  ( or http://rfscans.com ) - do feel free to contribute!
