+1 for the Radial StageBug SB-5.  I just keep it in my laptop bag.  I think it's a great tool to have.

As far as your mounting scheme (double sided tape)....do know that they also make a mounting bracket that screws on (instead of using the cable cleat), and is made specifically for it to fit inside a rack case or to a desk top.  Might be perfect for what you have in mind.

Thanks for this tip.  We just added an M32c to the rack with our DL32 and I'm working on integrating an SB-5 into the back of the rack for iPod audio.  I was planning on sticky Velcro or something similar, but this L bracket sounds like just the ticket.  I couldn't find an actual part number for it on Radial's website.  Does anybody know what part to order?
