Install Amp/Receiver
« on: April 03, 2019, 01:39:48 PM »

Hi guys,

I am looking for a .70V amp/receiver rated between 150-200 watts, I am aware of the RCF ES3323II but is a bit overbudget.
I have been looking at EV,QSC etc but cant find what I am looking for.

Could anyone point me in the right direction to look for that beast?

Thanks all!

Here is the thing, I am based in Trinidad and this is for a very small hotel. I was quoted about $1350.00 for the RCF unit, once shipped in, taxes and duty applied, it would be cost prohibitive.

Anywhere from 350.-500. should be a good starting point!

Thanks

The only one that comes to mind for me is the Rolls RA2100b. 200W into 70v (bridged).

(I'd point to their website, but it seems to be down at the moment)

EDIT: it's working now:

I was really hoping for something with a builtin receiver and if possible CD\USB port...but that would have been a great option but a built-in receiver is a must!

best bet would be a receiver or tuner separate and add a 70v amp. More choices, potentially less $$$.

RCF ES-3160-MK2 is about 30% less expensive.

RCF MS-1033 is the source deck you want. Add the amp(s) that you need/have money for. With a Lab Grupen LUCIA 240, you should be pretty close to your budget goal.
