We’ve been using the dBX CT-3 and so far we dig it! Hard to tell from the pic, but it’s actually two physical units bolted to a plate that can be separated to work at either ends of an installed cable.

In the CT-3 info and on the actual unit they call what we all know as a Speakon a "Speaker Twist" connector.

Maybe it has to do with trade mark infringement so they could not use the word "Speakon" on the tester.

I really like my Signaltek NT for testing Ethernet cables.

They have a different method of ensuring cable integrity than the other testers. Not quite certification, but it ensures the line can handle gigabit by sending data.

Pretty sure that if they'd used an actual Neutrik, it would be fair use to mention it's included in the product.

Look at the side pictures of the CT3, you can tell the connectors are a knock off.
