See the headset in use here

Got these ear this year and love them.  GN Mic magnetically attaches to either ear.  Have 4 and 5 pin adapters as well as 1/8".  Mic has good Noise Cancelling.  They are so comfortable I can wear it all day long.

Those are fantastic. I wanted all the SMs for The Tonight Show to get them, but the price was too high. One of the part time TS SMs has them and they sound great.

Yeah, i'd already own one if i didn't already have two sets of Custom IEMs that i'm pretty partial to.

I'd love to see a retrofit kit offered for any acrylic custom IEM.  That i would totally get on board with.

How do they compare to the sensaphonics version? Has any one done a comparison?

I have both and like them about the same for audio and comms purposes.  Sensaphonics have the mic attached to an ear mould so if you want to use on both ears you need to buy two.

The main difference IMHO is that the mic in the UE system attaches magnetically to the ear so it is easy to switch ears.  Second the UE is a full double ear regular IEM setup so I can use it to monitor IEMS.  Third, the UE comes with an assortment of adapters connecting to a Switchcraft T type connector:  M4pin, F4pin, M5pin, 1/8 stereo are what I carry.

Additionally the UA can operate directly off of the bias in the comm box whereas Sensaphonics always needs a battery box (which is supplied if needed with the UA)
