Any Music Group representatives on here?
I need the ribbon cable from display to the processor for a X32 full size console.

Console will not boot completely.
Any functions on the left side are dead and so are any display buttons.
Right side does work.

Found a small tear in the cable affecting 3 traces.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you based in the US?

Full Compass is prob the fastest option versus trying to get parts from "Music Tribe" ..... although I don't see any of the ribbon cables listed on their site , they can research and get it for you.

Judging from what I've heard, I'm in the minority on this but the one time I needed a part from Music, they answered the phone on second ring and sent the part out the same day.

The console was under warranty, so I'm not sure if that was a variable or not.
