Hard to chose a speaker when I cant hear it but instead only hear about it.

I am leaning towards buying dsr112 to go over my kw181s for my "loud" rig. But I'm wondering if it's worth considering paying more for db tech ingenia series. I loved my dsr115 and regret selling them.
I like the ig2t over sub 15h idea for smaller rig. Also considering ev ekx15 sub under dxr8s.
What's the closest competition to the dsr112 for close to the same price? Not a big jbl fan. Rather not go with etx12. But if that's the vote - I will think twice. Hd32 would be great but it doesnt have a crossover to make it compatible with my kw181s.
My questions are:
Is db tech reliable enough? I understand its rcf's sister corp.
Is the new yamaha dzr line worth adding to my confusion.
Does anyone have any comparisons with the above and any of the db tech ES line?
Getting long-winded... how would you spend 4-4.5k (flexible)? I'm open to the idea of selling my 181s and moving to rcf. Love what I read about db tech too.
