I don't know that a siamese cable is going to give you a much cleaner look than what you have already.  In fact, it might be worse.  The problem is that unless you make the exact right length of split on the end of the cable, you'll end up with uncontrollable loops that look worse than what your picture currently shows.

Hi Brian,  if you look closely, the above photo only shows that I’ve got the IEC power connected, there is no signal cable connected yet.

I buy braided sheathing and make my own.

Me, too.  I can make exactly what I want, rather than ordering "off the rack".

I typically shrink tube one end of the braid and leave the other open, to allow for untwisting, if necessary.  Do you?

I would far prefer a 3-4-5 cable (as needed) xlr loom for signal and then powering from a stringer i am likely to have to drop anyways. The power cables can be shortened to about 2 feet for neatness but still allowing for movement

Even though I have an assortment of lengths of siamese cables, for the front line wedges I've started to use a power stringer and some gender reversers on the front drop snake.  That gives me flexibility in how many inputs there are in front vs. how I configure the sends.  I've started leaving an IEC plugged into each box of the front line power stringer (4 total) and packing it away like that.  Most times that covers it and gives me enough positional flexibility.
