Continuing from
here...I liked my Nanostation M5 so much, but was looking for something a little smaller, more portable, and picked up a NanoStation Loco M5. Unfortunately, I cannot make it work like the larger version.
Even though they run the same software, for some reason the Loco will not pass data from the wireless to wired ports with DHCP on the wireless like the larger one.
Anyone have a suggestion for a compact replacement for the NanoStation M5? The UniFi form factors don't work for me. It's only for connection between consoles and wireless devices. Not for internet or anything like that.
Want:
- Incredible Range like the NanoStation
- Static IP on wired connection (to console)
- DHCP on wireless connection (to computer(s) or iPad(s))
- Compact size
