Turbosound FB 600 Flying Bracket
« on: December 24, 2018, 06:29:47 AM »

Hello,

Using the FB 600 flybar to fly Turbosound Flexarray and using Ease Focus 2 to aim the array. Ease says to use Front pin 11 on the fly bracket. Does that mean 11 holes from the front of the bracket?

Cheers

Always count from the front of the bar, but there are two holes that go all the way through the center (adjustable) part of the flybar that you shackle to. You can put the pin through either the front or back hole. That is what it is refering to.

Also, the software will specify the angle of the array as well as the pin hole to fly from.  Often the pin hole produces a wildly different result than the recommended angle.  We always put an inclinometer on the fly bar and put the pin in the hole that gets us closest to the recommended angle.  7 times out of 10 it is not the hole the software specified.  Major shortcoming in the software that Turbo was made aware of and never corrected.
