I'm told by the folks at Soundcraft that the SD card in a Si Compact is bad and needs to be replaced.

Has anyone done this before? Is it difficult to do?

Soundcraft breifly walked me through the proceedure  but wanted to see if anybody has some tips before I open it up.

I replaced a fader on mine. Pretty simple to open. My only real tip is another set of hands. Allen head screws front & back if i recall. Pretty straight forward.

Interesting, my Performer3 has a couple of sticky faders - where did you get the replacement part?

Right from Harmon. 3 solder joints & 2 screws per fader. I think I have a couple around.
