Roland M5000 and M5000C any news?
« on: December 05, 2018, 08:27:45 AM »

It’s been a couple of years and there hasn’t been a peep from Roland about any new firmware updates or anything about the Roland M series desks. Have they just fallen off the edge of the earth? Has anyone heard any buzz coming from Roland this year? Since NAMM is just around the corner I was hoping there was something new coming down the pipe.

Cheers

There is another running thread about Roland elsewhere on PSW.  The consensus is that Roland is (or should be) out the large frame audio game as they've achieved very little market penetration.  The gear sounds good, but they've been eclipsed by other brands and market timing.
