Camera lenses/acc...any dealers?
« on: November 25, 2018, 10:49:18 PM »

With the great amount of audio dealers on this site, (over the years) I have been able to pick up very nice gear at a great price.  Thank you to all the dealers!!!

Does anyone use, or know of, a dealer of camera equipment (lenses, accessories, bodies, etc...)?  Maybe someone out there that sells camera equipment in the same manner as the audio dealers?

I have a Canon 80D that I am looking to expand its peripherals.  Would much rather work with a dealer (maybe on this site...?) than to roll the dice with Amazon (that's another story).

Canon USA had a black friday discount going, and will probably have a cyber Monday sale.  Start there, maybe?

Had not considered that.  I'm not a "holiday" shopper and rarely purchase anything over the internet.  I'll see what they are offering.

Great company, great prices and sales now ongoing. Local to us Boston guys, but on line sales are just fine.

I'm a "Canon House" also.
(3) A-1, T-70, (2) EOS-3, Eos-1N, (2) EOS 1DII, and on and on.
One of the A-1's and T-70 I bought new. Everything else was bought used at KEH down in Atlanta. Been using them for over 20 years now.
Decent prices for a Canuck, fast shipping, huge assortment.
KEH.com Give them a look.
Chris.

B&H Photo Video is a go to dealer. They are practicing Jews so they process no orders  from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday and all the observed holidays.
Though ask here as someone may be a dealer and it is always good to buy from the guys you know.

Like Chris, I'm a "Canon House" too, with F1N, FTb, A1,T90, EOS7n, EOS 40D, EOS80D and EOS 5DMk4, plus an array of L glass lenses...Except for the A1 & F series, all gear purchased from BHPhoto.  Excellent service, fast delivery, great prices...and a truly amazing store.  If you're ever in NYC, definitely worth a visit....

I bought my Canon 60D from B&H just about a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again given the right price. I've bought my lenses from other retailers, KEH and MPB and one from eBay from Japan (my 28-105mm).
