EASE Focus V3.1.5 Issue

I'm trying to run RCF HDL-10's in EASE Focus V3.1.5 and getting the following message:

"The following system definition is not licensed with this version of the application"

It is a fresh download of EASE Focus and the HDL-10a GLL from RCF- ideas?

(HDL-20a & HDL-6a do work)
