New Sockets for Leviton LEO Ellipsoidal fixture

It looks like Leviton has discontinued the replacement socket for these fixtures. Does anyone know of a replacement for this socket? It uses a EHG 120V 750 W bulb.

Just glancing at the LEO parts diagram, it looks like the actual ceramic socket itself may be a standard one, held in by two machine screws although there is probably a lot of other disassembly required. I would take the lamp cap apart and compare to the Osram 69818 TP-22H pictured below. Be sure to order the one with the long leads attached (part #15 on the LEO exploded view).
