Behringer/MIDAS iOS apps restored.
« on: April 07, 2020, 05:15:58 PM »

Got word that the official X/M32 and X/M Air apps on the iOS app store are GONE!
I would imagine this is bad press especially for those X/M Air users that recently got their mixers and only have iOS devices on hand...
Looks like Mixing Station is the only way for iOS users? Thankfully mine is still in the "My purchases" but who know until that version starts bugging out...

EDIT: apps are restored to original state, however some have not been updated for over 2 years.

April 7, I did not find them either when I looked.  Apple sometimes yanks apps that cross some conditions of use issues.  Tough on IOS devices, as one cannot? install from other sources than Apple, unless jailbroken.  Mixstation is there, as are a couple other alternatives I have not heard of until now.

I’ll see what is going on. I’ve heard nothing about any app cancellations...

Only certain apps are back and some aren't updated, X32 mix app last updated 2 years ago...

Hi Frank,

I looked from my phone and saw M32-Q 1.2.3 (from 4 years ago) MX-Q 1.0.9 (from 5 months ago.)

From my iPad, I saw X32-Mix 3.1.0 (from 2 years ago) and M32-Mix 3.1.0 (from 2 years ago.)

I so wish they would update MX-Q so one could read the channel names. Thankfully, the majority of our iPads were not updated to the latest iOS, and M32-Q is still readable.

Are there newer updates that I'm not seeing?

Best regards,
Bob Charest

Hi Robert,

I don't see any missing, but also don't see any updates from what was there previously.

Best regards,
