Nylon Braiding in Seattle?
« on: October 29, 2018, 08:51:31 PM »

Anyone know of somewhere I can get 1/8 or 1/4 nylon braiding in Seattle?

Loads of places I get it from online, but I need next day and air shipping is $50+.

I'm travelling from UK and need to make some repairs at very short notice.

I buy techflex from Digi-Key, and they have next day shipping for $10.  Free if I buy more than $100 of stuff.  Might be even better if it's going to Seattle rather than the East Coast of Canada.  Just have it shipped to wherever you are going to be.

Possibly check Hardware Specialties. I get electrical cable there- I've NEVER been able to not find a type of cable there. I know I've seen things like metal wire cable strain reliefs, so it's possible they have a nylon braid as well.

100" = 8.333 feet.

Are you making a Stonehenge prop, by chance?   ;D
