I’m not on the road anymore but our guys are always requesting those things for the events we do. Our 20 or so “kits” have HDMI-SDI and SDI-HDMI with 250’ HDSI cable between them. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 5000k projector or a 20k the boxes just work.
I also love the Theatrixx stuff - we just recently purchased the SDI Audio De-Embedder which has XLR outputs as well as HDMI out, which our audio guys love! This, the DataVideo DAC70, and the Decimator MD-Cross converter are the best thing we have bought yet in terms of SDI based converters. And we have a lot of SDI based converters on my job.
