Firmware question
« on: October 17, 2018, 02:49:52 PM »

Is it unwise to update from Firmware 2.10 straight to 3.09? I recently was appointed Creative arts director at my church and see that the board has v. 2.10. I just want to make sure that updating it directly to 3.09 is safe.

Also - Is there a safe "rollback" in case something goes haywire?

would be helpful to have some idea what product you are inquiring about.

Those numbers corresponds to the x32.

Yes, you can jump directly to v3.09. It is always best practice to perform a backup of your saved data should something go wrong.

You can revert to 2.x at any time with no special means.
