Chauvet Hurricane haze 2d fan blows, no output.

Everything seems great except no output.  Best way to clean?  Will vinegar / cleaning solution work if liquid isn’t moving through the system?

Easiest way to clean?

Gunk solidifies in the little smoke tube.
I sometimes take a very small wire strand and poke my way back down the tube.
Or compressed air.

The flexible plastic intake tube? Or the little metal one where the haze outputs?

The little metal one.  It has a very small through hole which doesn't take much to clog.
The plastic pickup tube should have a filter on it to keep any particles out.

OK I’m currently disassembling this.

After using a high quality pipe cleaner in the exterior metal output tube, I can feel air coming out of it when it’s supposed to be spitting out haze. So nothing seems clogged there.

That said- it seems like all the tubes aren’t empty. Perhaps it’s the pump after all.  It doesn’t seem serviceable though.

Disconnect the tube from the output side of the pump and press the manual button.  Does it pump fluid?

Take the output tube off the pump and see if it is pumping fluid. They can burn out pretty quick if you run them dry, otherwise they are usually pretty solid. New pumps are pretty cheap, they sell them for about $30 linky. If you need something quick and cheaper, these are the same pumps used in commercial coffee machines. Your local business wholesaler would have a box of them laying around although  pump output volume does vary from model # to model #.
