have you looked at behringer shark.
https://www.amazon.com/Behringer-FBQ100-BEHRINGER-SHARK/dp/B0051TZBTU

I use this for the delay's and high pass filter.  Usually High pass at the sub woofer cutoff. 100 hz.

^^this

Only real issue i had with these is they have a very specific external power supply that is easy to lose, and hard to find/replace.  But these work great and have all the right connectors and such.

MiniDSP is another option: https://www.minidsp.com/products/minidsp-in-a-box/minidsp-balanced-2x4

Oh yeah, MiniDSP is good. I put one of their 2x4 cards into a special project some 5-6 years ago, and it's been rock solid.

Wait. I had read that the minidsp has a limited amount of delay.
Is it capable of doing 100ms or more?

That would be a handy little box to have around.

Does anyone in here have suggestions for a compact delay box? I like the look of the Rolls HRD342, but the reviews online leave me questioning it! I'll be using it to delay back/side fill speakers.

QSC's DSP-4 can sometimes be had for very cheap. It's another XP serial port dealio.
