Remember one of the core tenets of any business:  It's easier to keep an existing customer happy than it is to get a new customer.
Too bad that most US based businesses don't follow that tenet.

I've called up certain utility providers to ask for their latest offering. "We're SORRY Sir, this plan is for NEW customers only!"
Yeah.. how about trying to KEEP existing customers ?????   >:(

2 main providers around here.
I was with Bell, and tried to get "the package" that was all over the airways.
"Sorry Sir, New customers only"
I called the competition, and they bettered the Bell offer.
Called back Bell, and said Cancel the Cable. And the 3 phone lines, and the Internet....
I can't stand companies that figure they are the only game in town.
That just breeds laziness.
