JBL PRX serial number date codes?

Anyone a service center? Trying to figure out if this unit is under warranty? One of our PRX712 suddenly started having noise/static on CH1 input with nothing plugged into it. CH2 seems to be ok. Took out module and reseated the ribbon cable and it worked for a few hours then it made a noise and started noise again...
