Where are the eq curves for the QSC k.2 series?
« on: May 08, 2018, 10:28:24 PM »

Haven't found them among their docs save some cross over slopes for sub integration.
Thanks ahead

You'll probably have to ask QSC for this info.

There might be some more filters at play in the presets that are not part of the 4 band EQ accessible to the user.  How that's done and what they are may be considered proprietary by the manufacturer.

Thanks. Yes I'd expect they would go beyond what could be done with the eq available.
It just seems pretty odd that they wouldn't simply include the info.

Seems quite reasonable to me.

I did some measurements of an amplifier from a speaker from a different manufacturer, and it ain't pretty. You're looking at of the order of 15dB of boost towards the low end, which gets cut down at high levels (which they really don't want you to know), among other things. Switching to the monitor EQ curve gives something different again.

I don't think they'd want to give up their hard work for nothing.

If you are looking for the Frequency Response graphs those are in the specifications document, if you are looking at the EQ that the manufacturer has applied to the loudspeakers then it's unlikely you will get that information.

So far I've not found any in the pdf's on line.
I'm waiting for a call back from QSC but if you've seen them that'd be great if you can point me the right direction.
