The October Mic of the Month is going to be the e935 and e945 for $99.95 each.

I just placed an order for all three (those plus the e614s) for my retail stock, so if you need some, lemme know. :-) Or, you know, your normal dealer, I guess. *sighs*

I think shipping costs may be prohibitive to get them to the UK.
You seem a bit down, though. Everything okay?

I'm thinking seriously about swapping out my EV N/D767a mics for some e935 or 945s. The EVs aren't as smooth in the kHz range as I'd like, and a 935 in brand-new condition just looks so classy...

Does anyone know if the e965 will be on offer?

The 865 was on special back in February. I am doubtful that the 965 will run, but there are two more months left.

Fair enough.
I'll probably stock up on the dynamics, and suffer the cost if the 965 comes up. I'd probably only want one or two...

Looks like it's just the e935 this month.
I've ordered one for comparison vs my current EV stock.

It's the e935 AND the e945 this month. (Otherwise I don't know why they let me order a bunch of e945s for a discounted rate... haha.)

I think I might get a e935 to have another choice for vocals beyond the SM58's and the  2 e835's I already have.

The 935 is much smoother sounding than the 835.
I'm changing over to the 935.

That said, I ordered a couple of 945s yesterday and got a call back saying they only had one left.
Then they informed me that Senny is replacing it with a new, lower priced version.?!

Both Tim and I have both the e945 and e935 in stock. I can't speak for Tim, but I've got 11 e945s on the shelf.

The 614 is on Amazon for $99

... Or we could order through fellow LAB-sters. I'm sure Ray, Tim and others would appreciate the business, and it has to be said that they're doing us all a huge favour in telling us what's coming up.
I was looking around for a next-step-up in vocal mics (currently running EV 767s), so it was great to know that the e935s were on their way.

First e935 arrived today. I'm taking it to the weekly open mic tonight, and will report back on how it does. There'll be an EV N/D767a on the other stand, and I'll be encouraging people to try both.

If any of the dealers happen to be talking to a Sennheiser rep, I'd appreciate knowing why it's only the e935 on offer here in the UK and EU, but it looks like the USA gets the e945 as well.

You have the Dancing Queen doing the Brexit shuffle.... perhaps it's an ABBA aversion?
