After 8 months of patiently waiting, my imported 125kva gender has arrived. Purchased used from USA. The seller assured me that he had set it up to run at 240/415v 50hz, which is standard mains here. After startup and a test run, I measure the output and it's outputting 225/395v 51hz. The voltage selector on the alternator is set correctly to the 277/480v position. There's a small screw potentiometer on the control panel for voltage fine tuning but this doesn't seem to be working turned all the way up or down. Is there anywhere else I can go? Seller not responding to my emails.
Also what's the estimated rating for this generator since the factory rating of 125kva was at 60hz 1800rpm and am now running at 50hz 1500rpm?
Thanks
Conrad
