Do the cameras have comm in them? You may not need packs for the cameras, just a way to interface to the comm port on the CCUs.

Mac

Unfortunately no. These are glorified cam-corders thathave been in place for years. We are moving to some black magic bodies sometime soon. Basically we are trying to up our video game. I have very little to do with video village except to send them an audio mix.

We had a special event yesterday and I had to wear one of the "comms" that they use and was appalled. Therefor out of the goodness of my heart, and the fact that I run all the audio anyway, I'm getting them some proper comms.

I don’t need rf. I‘m looking for wired units for a 4 camera setup. The cameras’s don’t move.

Cheap would hopefully be 2000 ish.
My mistake Tim. :-[
On the web page it kind of looked like a wireless kit.
Have you looked at this product?

I've used Production Intercoms a lot before, but didn't know about the "econo" version. This looks good.
