Hi all.
So, I'm confused. I can use 655-663 for my wireless use as long as there aren't any local TV stations in the group? I thought 600 was going away completely. If I can save a few bucks and not have to replace the 3 mics I have in that group YEHAW!!! Not having to spend a couple of grand is like winning the lottery!!!
Set me straight, please.

Scott,
As I understand it 653-657 MHz are reserved for
licensed wireless microphone operators, and will not be shared with white space devices, but 657-663 MHz will be shared between unlicensed wireless microphones and white space devices.
It is also my understanding that any device that can tune to the newly illegal frequencies will be illegal. It is not legal to simply tune your wireless systems to a portion of the duplex gap, they must be limited in their programming to only be capable of tuning to the legal range of the duplex gap.
