Turbosound IP3000 -used the app?
« on: January 30, 2018, 11:53:53 AM »

The app for this rig has poor reviews. I was curious about linking 2 together to use for Bluetooth playback. The rig set up is Behringer XR 18 Main left out to left IP 3000 and right Main out to right IP3000

The best wireless link in the world is about half as good as an XLR cable.

Really? :(
Just because something is new and high tech doesn't mean it's better.

Don, you're getting the cynical reception because you posted in the Big Dawg forum of regional/national operators, corporate theater, Broadway musicals, etc.

If you're doing wedding receptions with Playlist DJs, you'll get more traction in the LAB Lounge.

From an iPad or iPhone.
Bluetooth has no reliable range.. meaning even at zero distance from the receiver dropouts are common and at best it only works out to maybe 10-15ft away, so it's simply not something even a semi professional would use on a paying gig.
