Hello,
I have the same problem that gave rise to this post. In the ML4000 suddenly all the VCA, AFL, Fader were stopped working.
The battery of the CPU had 1.1v, replace it and the board does not seem to be affected by corrosion but still I could not operate the console.
1. Should the operating system be reloaded with an Rs232 cable from a PC in order for the CPU to work?
2. Could someone install the program to load the operating system on their PC? since it gives me file error.

ML Operating Software V1.40
Any help is welcome !!!!!
I'm desperate!!!!!

regards

Fortunately, Allen-Heath is still in business.   Whether or not anyone there can help you is another matter.

It sounds like you lost +voltages to the master section of the desk.  Can you trace DC all the way to the affected section?

Thanks for answering.
Even Allen and Heath did not answer me, actually as you say I have lost voltages in transistors Q2 and Q3, I am trying to detect that fault
