We have made a number of purchased from them without issue, but none within the past couple of months so things may have changed...

I'm in the same boat as Tim.  These days I'm inclined towards working with dealers that hang on this site when I can though.

Visiting the Proaudiostar site, the RCF Evox 12 is listed twice: a special used price of $1729 and a brand new price of $2499. If you paid $2499, then yeah - it's kind of a crappy thing to do.

I haven't purchased from Proaudiostar in awhile, but never had problems when I did. But I never had to return anything either.
