importing .csv files into IAS SOLVED

I'm using a Winradio scanner (Kaltman) and I'm trying to import the scan file to IAS software.
I save the scan as "transmitters" to a .csv format.
Checking the file, it has a list of frequencies.open IAS and "import RF sweep data"
Import the .csv file and the frequencies listed don't show up on the graph or in the list on the left side.

Thoughts?

I was not saving the file correctly with frequency AND level. DOH!
