Just wanted to follow up with this.

First, THANKS EVERYONE for helping me out.

The 3 speaker A/B switching was what we went with. The Martin CDD series speakers were exactly the cure for that room. Even without treatment, the room sounds fairly good!

Nice job Nathan!  Martin seems to have a winner on their hands with the CDD series.
