I realize you are asking about Explorer but here is a video which explains how to import TTI into all the different RF coordination programs.  The process will be similar for Explorer.

HOW to format TTI for IAS, WWB and WSM import

And a link to the Excel Macro which does much of the WSM formatting

excel macro to format for WSM

And a simple windows program for combining all your scans into one

TXTcollector

It depends on the software you're using.  I use vantage on a mac so I can't help you much.  Used to use a windows software via a PC VM (I don't remember which windows software).  Had to export 4 ranges and then merge them together.  You may have to look at the data you're getting out of your software and then massage it into the format that WSM is looking for.

Hi Alexandre,

actually James Kazeze (kudos to him) was the one coming up with a method to do what you want; I was just the poster of the original question.

I hope Pete Erskine's method gets you in the right direction.

If not and as reference for the community the attached text file is a step-by-step guide to convert RFExplorer .csv files to WSM format - in English and Spanish.

Cheers

Thank you for sharing this Pete.

This will keep me from using the windows command line to join multiple RF Explorer plot files together.

Cheers,

Hi,

I am struggling to get a TRACE-file from an AIM-TTi PSA into Sennheiser WSM 4.3.1. This thread discusses kind of the same problem so I didnt start a new one, hope thats alright.

I followed the steps in http://forums.prosoundweb.com/index.php/topic,156695.msg1438069.html#msg1438069 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sivL8lQQKws&feature=youtu.be (Thanks James and Pete!), made me a script and tried to import in WSM: the Import in WSM is sucessfully done, the view of the spectrum zooms to my defined min./max. frequencies but nothing is displayed, whole graph is empty.

First I thought maybe the AIM-TTi PSA TRACE-file is not readable for WSM because when playing around with the PSA I forget to setup the steps a lot smaller (in this TRACE step=1111 kHz), so I took the RF-Explorer-File from http://forums.prosoundweb.com/index.php/topic,156695.msg1438069.html#msg1438069 just for testing. Same Problem here: Import successfully done but nothing is displayed.
When I import older scans (where RFunit=db and all values in db instead of dBm) everything works fine.

Maybe somebody sees something thats wrong in my file?

Here the PSA-TRACE converted for WSM:

thank you for the fast reply. may I ask you for a section of a WSM-file in the UHF-Range from yours as an example?
