best for the money led leko?
« on: May 17, 2017, 03:28:19 PM »

recommend a decent led Leko replacement for a 575w leko.  So far the best ive used is a chauvet 190 or an actual source 4 led.  anything for less money thats still worth owning?

The ETC is obviously a great choice.  Ive used the chauvet and it was plenty good enough and is half the price.

Then I guess it depends on what you are doing with it and who is looking at it.

ETC Color Source S4 LED

Agreed. Anything less is a DJ fixture.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that, but yes, if you're looking for a true, legit, theater-friendly replacement for a 575w Source 4 then I wouldn't settle for anything less than the real deal.

I have both a ETC Source4 LED Tungsten and the Chauvet Ovation E-190WW. I can't tell a difference between them. The newer ETC units might show a difference.

I suppose this brings up a good question.  Is the OP looking for colormixing or a tungsten color temp?  Different product sets meet those very different needs.
