Well, looks like there's a few laying around the show. I'll call the owner tomorrow and see what he wants for them. According to their shop tech Bruce, there were two versions. One was a real rack mount pro unit with XLR and binding posts, and the other was more pro-sumer with hi-fi connectors. But he said the circuits were very similar. He probably has schematics as well. Could be fun....
Kind of like the Carver M1.5 and the PM1.5.  Same basic circuit, but the PM had more professional features, fan cooling etc.

I'm sure there are some laying around that are broken and not worth fixing.

THAT would be what I am interested in.

It is for looks/display only.

It would be in good company for others to enjoy

I have seen the "goo company" and it's a Wall of Power!
One of those things you see and it "reminds me of..." or "I had one of those in 19XX..."  :)

I used to do gigs for MHA Audio (originally Malcolm Hill Associates) and we had dozens of those amps in the racks to power their Tannoy M6 AC-DC system.

Back in the day, and it is a while ago now, I used to enjoyed both being on the receiving end of and mixing on the Hill rigs, though not M6s, "just" M3s.  Everything about the rigs was just a bit different, but as a package, Hill delivered the goods.  Though I don't miss mic pre gain control being remote control by means of comms at all!

I can get you a great deal on 40 of the M6 cabinets, but I won't help you move them...😫
